Job Summary

You will welcome and assist guests, manage reservations and waiting lists, and maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure to create a positive first and last impression
• Provide accurate wait times and actively monitor waiting lists to manage guest flow efficiently
• Manage reservations to optimize seating and accommodate guest preferences
• Escort guests to their assigned dining or bar areas to ensure smooth seating transitions
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area to uphold venue standards
• Attend promptly and courteously to guests requiring extra attention to enhance their experience
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests via phone and in person in a timely and friendly manner
• Distribute menus and handle incoming calls to address guest queries effectively

Requirements

• Able to provide customer service in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Good positive attitude and ability to work wellunder pressure with all restaurant staff
• Experience in managing reservation
• Good communication skill (via phone and in-person)
• Good organisational skill
