Warehouse cum Logistics Manager

Job Purpose

To lead the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring that all beverages are stored under optimal conditions and delivered to B2B clients (supermarkets, minimarts, hotels) and B2C customers with zero breakage and optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Specialized Inventory & Storage

• Temperature & Quality Control: Monitor and maintain specific storage zones to ensure product integrity.

• Batch & Expiry Management: Strictly enforce FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to minimize "dumping" or stock write-offs due to expired beverages.

• Breakage Mitigation: Implement handling procedures and staff training to reduce "shrinkage" caused by glass breakage or pallet instability.

2. High-Volume Distribution & Logistics

• Last-Mile Coordination: Oversee the daily dispatch of a delivery fleet, ensuring drivers meet tight delivery windows for Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) clients.

• Load Optimization: Ensure trucks are loaded effectively to balance weight (beverages are heavy!) and protect fragile cargo during transit.

3. Operational Leadership

• Scalability Planning: Manage seasonal demand spikes (e.g., festive seasons, summer holidays) by adjusting manpower and temporary storage.

• WMS Oversight: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track SKU-level data, ensuring real-time visibility for the sales team regarding "In-Stock" availability.

• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a "food-grade" clean warehouse environment in compliance with local food safety standards.
