As a Wok Cook, you will support kitchen operations in preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes. This role requires a combination of strong culinary skills, attention to detail, team work and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. You will ensure that all dishes are prepared efficiently, consistently, and meet the restaurant’s quality expectations.

Requirements
· Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine, specifically in wok cooking
· Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques such as stir-frying, steaming, braising, and deep-frying.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle high-volume operations during peak hours.
· Physically fit and able to stand for long hours, lift kitchen supplies, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
· Team player with a collaborative mindset
· Able to follow instructions, recipes, and kitchen SOPs accurately.
· Responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
· Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
· Certified in Food Safety & Hygiene by Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
· Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
