Position: Service Crew (Full-Time)

Osaka Yakiniku DONDON is looking for a passionate and energetic Full-Time Service Crew member to join our team.

We are a fully Japanese-owned company and an authentic Japanese yakiniku restaurant that has been operating in Singapore for over 10 years. We are known and loved by many customers for providing a casual Japanese dining experience with warm, energetic, and attentive service.

At DONDON, we believe great service is an important part of the Japanese dining experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with customers and creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking customer orders

• Handling cashier duties

• Serving food and explaining dishes to customers

• Preparing and making drinks

• Supporting daily restaurant operations

• Washing dishes

• Cleaning and maintaining the restaurant area

Requirements:

• No previous experience required (training will be provided)

• Basic to good English communication skills are required

• Friendly personality and positive attitude

• Enjoy communicating with customers

• Willingness to learn Japanese service standards

(Our managers and directors are English speakers, so English communication is essential.)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position

• 5.5 working days per week

• Shift schedule:

  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Schedule prepared weekly

• 9 hours shift including 1-hour break

Salary:

SGD 2,600 – 3,000/month
(Depending on experience and skills)

• Paid annual leave:

  • Starting from 8 days per year

  • Increased by 1 additional day every year
