Job scope:

• Provides guidance to the kitchen team for all aspects of the kitchen’s day-to-day
• operations .
• Controls and directs the food preparation process efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation consistently.
• Collaborate with management to drive the culinary direction of the restaurant.
• Manages raw material stocks and ensures minimal wastage.
• Organise daily food preparations and mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen
• operations.
• Follows and strictly implements all food and sanitary rules as well as safety guidelines.
• Ensure all recipes are recorded accurately and up to date.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience
• Certification in culinary would be beneficial
