JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Production of candies, creams, and other preparation works for food section. 
– Cook & Decorate on current Café menu
– Follows existing recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
– Maintain the highest quality, consistent standard of sweet & savory Cafe menu
– Maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring stock is up to date
- Ad hoc duties to assist colleagues when required
- Receiving goods and FIFO
- Stock taking and report to Manager 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year experience in F&B setting preferred
- Prior experience in kitchen role a plus
WORKING SCHEDULE:
Fixed schedule: 9am - 5pm, including 1-hour break. 6 Days a week. Sunday is OFF
REMUNERATION:
$ 2,300
