Assistant Cafe Manager

Employee will be assuming the role of a Asst Café Manager.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:

· Making decision on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment, performance assessment and reward.

· Formulating strategies and policies of outlet.

· Team management and Team building.

· Overall responsibility for the profitability of the outlet that includes events management and wine promotion.

· Oversee all the establishment’s operations include customer satisfaction management, kitchen operation, inventory management and monitoring the social media accounts of the company, and any other ad-hoc duties that assigned.
