• Assistant in cooking & food preparation with your specialty • Ensure maintenance of presentation, taste, texture, and quantity standards • Maintain positive relationship with the team • Ensure safe and hygienic handling of food • Handle customers' complaints and compliments • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations • Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen environment • Adherence to management rules and regulations
Requirements
• Singaporean citizenship required • 3-4 years' experience in mixed vegetables rice stall • Cooking and food preparation skills • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in a team and follow directions • Self-motivated and organized • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
