• Learning from Head Cook current / new recipes
• Overseeing the daily food preparation
• Checking freshness of food and ingredients
• Ensuring uniform serving sizes and quality of products
• Inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
• Monitoring sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards
