Responsibilities
- Team leadership - lead and motivate team members
- Team management - plan and manage manpower, training, performance and conduct
- Uphold operational standards - ensure SOPs and standards for hygiene, cleanliness, safety and customer service are maintained.
- Inventory management - efficient and timely ordering to ensure minimal wastage
- Cooking & food preparation - cook and prepare the food according to company’s standards.
- Customer service & cashiering - manage customers’ experiences, opening & closing of till
- Management reporting - provide regular feedback and improvement suggestions to outlet manager.
We’re looking for someone who is
- Friendly & energetic
- Team player with good leadership & communication skills
- Able to excel in a fast paced environment
- Singapore citizen, PR or work permit
- Min 1 year F&B experience
