ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a strong desire to contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring quality service standards are met.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest and the company.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Food hygiene certification preferred.
