Asst Cafe Restaurant Manager (up to $3,500 Mon-Fri 5 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and optimal staffing levels.
• Handle duties across opening, mid, and closing shifts to maintain operational continuity.
• Manage guest relations and implement strategies for guest recovery to uphold service excellence.
• Set the standard for exceptional guest service and guide the team to achieve these benchmarks.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Procurement for supply management, inventory control, and record-keeping.
• Ensure the safety and security of both customers and employees by adhering to established guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in staff management across all levels.
• Capability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on integrity and professionalism.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and people management skills, with a customer service orientation.
• Computer literacy, particularly in spreadsheet and presentation software (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, or Google Sheets and Slides).
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
