Baker / Pastry Chef

• Prepare and bake confectionery (tarts/cakes)
• Daily stock count of ingredients
• Conduct R&D and explore new recipes with the team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure that the kitchen and workspace are kept clean at all times
• Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in the bakery process
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Experience at related confectioneries and bakeries is preferred 
• Able to work 5.5 days per week (1 weekend)
• Possess a WSQ food hygiene certificate
• Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
• Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
• Only Singaporeans & PRs are considered
