🫱🏼‍🫲🏾DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential responsibilities below, which can include, but not limited to : 

1. Baking Products to the highest standard expected.
2. Dough Preparation according to SOPs
3. Greeting Customers and Taking Orders & Enquiries 
4. Handling Cash Register
5. Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks 
6. Ensure the cleanliness of outlet counter, equipment and utensils in outlet are well maintained.
7. Familiarise with product offerings to be able to promote, cross-sell and upsell.
8. Effective communications with outlet team members

📝COMPETENCIES

1. Training will be provided.
2. Any Food & Beverage Experience / Training / Qualification is a plus.
3. Ability to read, calculate and follow recipes.
4. Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form 
5. Physically strong — Ability to stand for extended time, and lift heavy items when necessary (~ lift 50 pounds)
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
