Full Time Position

• Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.
• Welcome customers warmly in a friendly manner, explain our coffee menu and answer questions effectively
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, light food preparation
• Competently prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, maintaining supplies, pastries, sandwiches, cake and cookies, specialty drinks for coffee bar;
• Maintaining store cleanliness (dine-in area, display shelves, work area, cutlery)
• Knowledge of handling POS systems and various payment processing methods
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the service/F&B industry.
• Friendly service, driven and passionate about work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and maintain positive attitude with a high level of energy at all times.
• Self-driven and possess good learning attitude.
• Independent and able to multi task.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
