Bartender / Bar Captain

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drinks orders
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses and serving beverages to customers
• Prepare and present beverage based on SOPs
• Take ownership on the bar display to maximize functionality and attractiveness
• Ensuring that the guest’s specifications and requirements are met
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar area
• Manage site / outlet and equipment maintenance
• Handling cash, credit and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register
• Positive and engaging personality

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
