Job Description - Chef

As a driven and high-energy chef in our Sichuan cuisine restaurant, your roles and responsibilities would encompass various aspects of managing the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences to customers. Here are some key responsibilities:

  1. Menu Creation: Develop and update the grilled fish restaurant's menu, featuring a variety of innovative and delicious grilled fish dishes to cater to diverse customer preferences.
  2. Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection and meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.
  3. Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
  4. Kitchen Management: Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and training to maintain a cohesive and productive kitchen environment.
  5. Ingredient Sourcing: Source high-quality ingredients and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and premium produce.
