Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team in preparing and executing high-quality grill and bar cuisine.
• Develop innovative and enticing menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Oversee food ordering, inventory management, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality and consistency in food preparation.
• Collaborate with management to drive profitability through menu engineering and cost control measures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 to 20 years of experiences
• Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a grill or bar restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of grilling techniques, marinades, and seasoning.
• Creative flair and a passion for developing innovative dishes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
• Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
