Sushi Katori is now hiring a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the team that serves up the finest Edomae (Edo-style) sushi and seasonal set menu sourced directly from Japan, in a traditional Japanese fine dining setting!
Job Description:
To work closely with Chef Katori, and the rest of the back-of-house (BOH) team to prepare, cook and present dishes up to required standards. You will ensure good housekeeping and help maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, safeguarding our high standards of food hygiene and quality.
Job Requirements:
*If you do not have the required prior experience or training, we still welcome your application if you are genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop as we have a long and positive track record of developing and training our entry-level Commis Chefs across the Group; a positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn is more important than experience to us
*If you do not have a valid food hygiene certificate, the Company will arrange the training and certification
