Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and possess a strong foundation in culinary techniques, food safety, food preparation, kitchen management, inventory management, sanitation practices, cooking methods, and knife skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications
- Assist in managing daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Secondary education or high school diploma
