Responsibilities
• Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues • Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations • Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.) • Cook and complete dishes in timely manner • Ensure good hygiene practices and quality control of food and presentation

• Friendly and service oriented • Able to perform shift; work on weekends and Public Holidays • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
