Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Arrange floor mats and mopping of restaurant area
• Cleaning of kitchen equipment
• Dispose all garbage bags in the kitchen
• Maintain cooking area by sweeping and mopping and cold room in the kitchen
• Cleaning of door edge frames
• Ensure toilet are clean for guests to use
• Replenishment of soap, toilet paper and paper towels
• Ensure Manager’s Office is clean and tidy
• Cleaning of guests’ vomit immediately, if any
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
