A two-storied modern Italian trattoria and rooftop bar based in Esplanade by the Marina Bay waterfront, open since 2013. Popular for our signature thin crust pizzas, pastas and grill dishes. With an open kitchen that spans 12 meters across, this allows our chefs to enjoy a dynamic work environment, where the dining ambience and guests interactions could be observed.
Our restaurant has a greater focus on homemade products, churned by the chefs daily, and made fresh in-house such as handmade pasta, baked sourdough bread, sauces and more. Our level 2 Roof Terrace includes an organic herb garden, which provides a farm-to-table experience.  
Recently launched a brand new concept – ARKTOS GELATO with a cold dessert kitchen right next to the restaurant, where our gelatos are freshly made from scratch. With versatile kitchen work spaces, our chefs will get to explore different disciplines of work, so long as they are willing to learn, our company encourages our chefs to keep learning and growing their skillsets.
