Responsibilities
• Ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies and procedures • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, machines, tools, and appliances • Ensure consistency in quality of food production • Carry out any other duties as assigned by immediate superior • Plan and arrange ingredients for next day preparation and orders • Understand customer requirements for each order • Introduce new dishes and menus • Monitor stock rotation procedures as per inventory • Maintain quality of food • Work under pressure during busy periods
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in catering kitchen • Good team player • Able to read and write simple English • Flexible and good working attitude • Experience in all Bangladesh cuisines • Deep understanding of authentic Bangladesh food preparation
