Job Description - Cook/Chief de Partie

Prepare, cook and present food with accordance to the company standard operations procedures
Ensure that procedures for supplies, equipment, and work areas comply with the established standards
Assist in ordering and inventory of the food supplies
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy at all times
Maintain good personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace
Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min 1 year experience in kitchen
Working Hours: 5 day work week, shift based
Possess Food & Hygiene Certification
Location: Clark Quay
Salary: Up to $2800
Able to start work immediate or on short notice
