Cook/Kitchen Assistant

Applicant will be required to perform all necessary tasks/works in the kitchen which include:

- cooking of all the food, namely fried rice, hokkien mee, kway teow, black bee hoon, white bee hoon,

-cooking of all dishes,namely fried chicken wings,fried eggs, fried sausage, fried fish cakes , fried vegetables, etc

- frying of Ikan Billis, sole fishes, peanuts, shrims, etc

- frying of chilli paste and sauces,

- preparations of all ingredients, namely slice fish and season it in preparation for frying, season chicken wings in preparation for frying

- preparation of all other ingredients necessary for the daily operations,

- cleaning and washing of the kitchen everyday before ending business hour,

- cleaning and clearing of tables after customer finish their meals,

- able to work in a kitchen environment where it is hot for long hours
