About the Job

We are looking for creative Culinary Development Chef with relevant experiences to join our team to help our mission. The Culinary Development Chef should be interested in product development and interacting with customers to share on the usage of our ingredients in different product application. She/He should have a strong background in product development especially pastry and beverage creation, excellent communication skills, and embrace fast evolving environments.

Job Responsibilities

· Create and finetune recipes which incorporates our ingredients in various product applications (pastry, beverage, dairy, savoury etc.)

· Develop ideas for marketing or business development purposes

· Develop product improvements based on sensory testing and consumer data

· Assist in product specifications and documentations

· Conduct product and usage training for in-house staff, distributors and customers

· Assist marketing team in social media content development

· Assist business development team in product ideation to customers

· Support sales team by preparing samples for local and overseas customers

Job Requirements

· Min 3 year culinary experience (especially in pastry and beverage)

· At least 1 year experience in product development

· Ability to present proposals, conduct training and write reports/documentations

· Team player with the ability to work with different teams in the company

· Experience in social media content creation a plus

· Knowledge in nutrition a plus
