F&B Branch Manager

We are currently expanding to more outlets and are looking for individuals with a passion for the F&B industry to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a Branch manager, you will be rotated on various job roles in the department starting from the basics and progressing to management duties.

Job Scope

-Supervise and manage daily operations of the store
-Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction 
-Respond efficiently to customer complaints 
-Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible 
-Organize, schedule and oversee roster schedule. 
-Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive 
-Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory 
-Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations 
-Control costs and cut waste 
-Brainstorming of ideas (Promotion efforts, driving traffic) 
-Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as branch supervisor 
-Track and monitor operations and start corrective actions

-Able to commit on PH and weekends 
-Good working attitude and ethics 
-Able to communicate fluently in English
