Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring unparalleled service delivery.
• Take orders efficiently, manage table assignments, and promptly address customer inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, maintaining accurate records at all times.
• Adhere to operational protocols to ensure seamless service operations.
• Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization standards throughout the establishment.
• Monitor retail inventory levels and suggest strategies for service enhancement.
• Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to continuously enhance service quality.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

• Dhoby Ghaut
• Marina Square
• Great World City
• VivoCity
• Bugis

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week, totaling 44 hours
• Overtime compensation provided
