F&B Executive

· Open the store to start a day and/ or to close the store at end of day.

· Food preparation

· Serve customer

· Cashiering for both walk-in and delivery customers

· Cleaning job such as sweeping and moping floor, washing, clearing trash bins.

· Paperwork for operational requirements

· Handle delivery refund / customer feedback

· Train new staff in all tasks required

· Stock take and online inventory

· Packing when stocks arrive

· Monthly store evaluation handling – must achieve 85 marks and above

· Promotions handling

· Weekly Sales transmission

· Trouble shoot variances in weekly reports

· Maintain food cost at the optimise level

· Achieve sales target by upselling and good customer service

· Attend HQ training, company meeting, minute taking

· Attend online course to uphold high standard of qualification
