F&B Outlet Manager-in-Training (Open to fresh Diploma Grads!) ML

Our client is a non-halal establishment, famous for their burgers and fries. They are on a lookout for passionate individuals who are keen to pursue a career in the dynamic F&B industry, to be placed under their manager-in-training program. Under this program, candidates will gain in-depth insights into F&B operations and the management of our restaurants, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Duties:

• Gain hands-on experience in the core operational areas, including customer service, cashiering, food preparation, kitchen operations, and quality control.
• Develop leadership skills by working closely with restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a smoothly operating team.
• Learn the intricacies of managing inventory, ordering supplies, and optimizing stock control.
• Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Assist with daily cleaning and sanitization tasks in the dining area and service areas.

Requirements:

• A passion for the F&B industry, be resilience to challenges, and a strong desire to pursue a career in restaurant management.
• Previous experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
• Driven and willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
• 5-days work week, must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Location: Islandwide
