Job Description - F&B Service Crew Team Lead (up to $2,500 Mon - Fri 5 days)

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest service.
Train and mentor staff in customer service excellence and operational procedures.
Manage scheduling, resolve conflicts, and maintain high team morale.
Enforce hygiene and safety standards across all service areas.
Collaborate with management to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Handle escalated guest inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality or F&B.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service best practices.
Ability to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
