F&B Store Manager

Description

The store manager is responsible for the overall store’s operations: sales and margins, inventory control, people management and compliance to the company standard operating processes at the outlets.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer experience
• Identifies current and future customer requirements, by establishing rapport with customers to understand service requirements
• Responsible for making quality food and beverages adhering to Company’s quality standards specifically drinks, juices and desserts
• Compliance with food safety regulations and quality controls
• Excellent knowledge of the products offered, taking orders and dealing with queries
• Responsible and accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash handling procedure
• Cleaning of equipment, work surfaces and public areas
• Ensure compliance to legal requirements in the maintenance of store operations
• Stock ordering and inventory management
• Outlet scheduling & training of team members
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of new store team members
• Maintains store team’s individual job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Responsible for display merchandize and also outlet promotions, working closely with other support departments

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Food & Beverage Management, Culinary or equivalent
• Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations with minimum 2-3 years of management capacity
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred as required to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Other Information
• Full Time, Permanent
• 6 days work week, rotating shift
• Required to travel as per business requirements
