• Assisting Manager with outlet coordination, preparation and overseeing of the daily operations • Provision of good customer service • Assisting in managing retail sales, merchandising and inventory • Engagement in consultative selling • Having knowledge of the building and its services • Working as part of the business support centre • Applying service techniques correctly at all times • Checking with guests for satisfaction
Requirements
• Service-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn • At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry • Ability to multitask • Excellent communicator • Flexibility focused on delivering exceptional customer service • Good command in both spoken and written English • Excellent guest service skill
