FOOD COURT EXECUTIVE/

1. General (Chicky Fun Stalls)

a) Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day Operations, including Staff recruitment & Planning, Training, Employee Grievances and Welfare in conjunction with HR & other related departments

b) Handling of service maintenance reports and arrangement of facility annual service maintenance of Food court’s various services.

c) Conduct and design customer services and sales training for Chicky Fun stalls’ staff.

d) Proactively suggest and drive improvements in the Company’s systems, policies, processes and work to enhance organizational effectiveness.

e) Suggest & discuss marketing strategies with marketing department (promotions, reward system, suggestive selling) to meet or improve outlets’ performance.

f) Drive targets & promotions for Sales Revenue, Cost Management initiatives and monitors closely for achievement of such targets.

g) Take on food court business related tasks as & when assigned by management

2. Tenants Discipline & Services

a) Ensure tenants fulfil their duties pertaining to operation hours, staff hygiene, product quality & customer service.

b) Assist to source for replacement tenants should there be stalls’ vacancies.

c) Impromptu checks & investigations on use of POS machines

d) Daily hygiene checks POS machines

e) Check on pest situation & feedback to contractors, stall owners, management (if any) & re-check on remedial actions taken.

f) Random checks on CCTV to ensure tenants & staff correctness & honesty in using POS machines

3. Contractors & Suppliers

a) Ensure delivery are done at right place & time

b) Ensure cleaning team are doing their job with adequate staffing & timeliness

c) Ensure pest control contractors are fully up to their mark & no short cuts are taken.
