Food Production Supervisor

Qualifications and Prior Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing Field in Leadership/Supervisory roles.
• Engineering qualifications. Proficient in MS office to develop and submit periodic reports on Production KPIs.
• Prior experience in ISO & HACCP factories will be an advantage

Details about the Position

• 5 days work week Mon-Fri (8am-5.30pm). Full Attendance Bonus (Monthly $250)

Responsibilties

• Supervises daily operations of the food production to ensure that production targets are met and kept to manufacturing Hygiene/safety standards
• Provide leadership in developing/implementing plant safety & housekeeping programs.
• Responsible for planning daily/weekly production activities, work schedule for production staff.
• Preparation of monthly reports to reflect past month’s Production KPIs.
• Manages raw materials and Finished goods inventory.
• Responsible for product yield and process optimization.
• Initiate/Implement waste and cost reduction programs/continuous improvement approach.
• Develop, implement, and carry out preventive maintenance checks to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including R&D to introduce process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Continuously evaluates production processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
