Front of house staff

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Italian Front of House Staff. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while representing the Italian culture and cuisine.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.

2. Take orders accurately and efficiently, conveying special requests to the kitchen staff.

3. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages, including wine pairings.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, and bar area.

5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

6. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as needed.

7. Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems.

8. Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.

9. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down dining areas and cleaning duties.

10. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and culture of our establishment.

**Requirements:**

1. Fluency in English languages is essential.

2. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.

5. Flexibility to work a six-day workweek with one day off, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

6. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is advantageous.
