Job Description - General Manager(Food and Beverage Industry)

Oversee, monitor record and evaluate the business performance of the company against standards and targets in areas such as administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, profits and cashflow.
Direct the preparation and monitoring of budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in various aspects of the company, including administration, operations, sales & marketing and development.
Requirements
Degree/ Master in Engineering / Science / Business or equivalent
Minimum 10 years' working experience in the senior management role.
Experience from both local and international companies having had operational responsibility.
Experience from both local and international companies having had sales and marketing responsibilities.
Worked in companies undergoing rapid growth and/or significant change programmes.
Experience working in the agri-tech/agriculture industry/Food&beverage manufacturing operation will be added advantage.
