Creative A-Bartender/ Head Mixologist

• Lead a beverage program and Posses a creative flair to create and mix alcoholic beverages that pushes the boundary of flavour and experience aligned with the Potato Head experience
• Develop good relationships with Brand Ambassadors and suppliers.
• strong knowledge of beverage and food, brand concept and guidelines.
• Train the bar and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are up to to standard.
• Have the capacity to listen to the team and lead by example

Characteristics Required :

• Oral and written fluency in English
• build a strong team to match the others on the team

At least 5 years of experience in similar role

Salary: $4,000 - $6000 (Based on experience) + incentive based on performance
