Job Description - Head of Central Kitchen (F&B)

Requirements:

Experience as Head of Kitchen to manage , recruit, train a team of staffs
Physically fit to cook 50 - 100 pax per wok. Able to carry heavy. No physical injury
Min. 5 Years Experience in Catering or Zi Char or Seafood Restaurant
Stay nearby Central Kitchen
Bi-lingual in English and Chinese

Overall management of the team (includes training, timetable, design food menu
Job allocation and backup:
- Stock ordering
- Food Preparation (wash, cut)
- Food Packing
- Goods receiving
- Goods release
- Stock management
- R&D menus, costing
