Hub Manager

We’re looking for someone energetic, proactive and resourceful to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our delivery operations. If you love delighting customers, take complete ownership of your duties, and strive for excellence, we want to hear from you. Individuals with little experience are also welcome to apply.

You will: 

• Manage daily operations at the hub.
• Ensure that fulfilment service levels are high quality and consistent.
• Ensure Hub KPIs and metrics are met for deliveries, packing and customer feedback.
• Ensure hygiene and halal requirements are fully complied with.
• Own revenue and cost metrics to hit company benchmarks.
• Accurately forecast food and inventory levels to minimise wastage while ensuring no stock out.
• Manage and collaborate with full-timers and part-timers to ensure smooth running of the Hub.

• Background in F&B (preferred but not a requirement)
