ROLE OVERVIEW
The IT Manager, Mandala Club, will report to the General Manager, Singapore.
The individual will oversee all IT operations, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of IT services to meet organizational goals.
This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of technology and its business applications.
KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
● STRATEGIC PLANNING:
○ Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.
○ Identify opportunities for technological advancements and efficiencies.
○ Oversee the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades.
● IT OPERATIONS:
○ Manage external vendors.
○ Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
○ Ensure the organization's IT infrastructure's stability, security, and scalability.
○ In charge of deploying, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting all IT systems.
○ Oversee IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
● BUDGETING AND COST MANAGEMENT:
○ Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
○ Negotiate with vendors and service providers for IT-related products and services.
● SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE:
○ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
○ Develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
● STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT:
○ Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
○ Communicate IT strategies, policies, and procedures to senior management and other stakeholders.
● PERFORMANCE MONITORING:
○ Monitor and evaluate IT performance metrics to ensure optimal operation.
○ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services and support.
The need for flexibility
○ An essential part of this role is being flexible with the needs of the club and business and willing to work the required operational hours. The Mandala Club operates across multiple sites at night, on weekends, and holidays, and your schedule will reflect this based on your role and responsibilities.

THE RIGHT EXPERIENCE.
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are highly desirable.
● Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT management roles.
● Proven track record of managing complex IT projects and teams.
● Experience with IT infrastructure, applications, and security management.

The role reports to: General Manager, Singapore.
