KITCHEN ASSISTANT CALDECOTT GROSS UP TO $2,500 AWS KPI BONUS BENEFITS

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on preparation of dishes for Tee-Top and Beer Garden
• Highlighting purchasing ingredients to Sous Chef for daily operations
• Ensuring proper sanitation of Tee-Top and Beer Garden
• Proper storage for all raw materials once received
• Monitoring and minimizing food wastage
• Goods receiving in the absence of the purchaser
• Assisting other kitchen sections and outlets when required

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task in different areas
• Positive mindset and openness to change
• Team player with a willingness to learn new skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Support overtime
• Singaporean only

Additional Information:

• Daily 2-way transport from Caldecott/Bishan MRT to the Club
• Staff meal provided once per day
• Working hours: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM (42 hours weekly, with overtime compensation)
• Rest day: Every Monday
