Kitchen Crew

Pazonia Pte. Ltd. is a well-established Food & Beverage company located in Raffles, Central, Singapore. We are currently looking to hire a Full Time Kitchen Crew to join our dynamic team.

Job Title: Kitchen Crew
Location: Raffles, Central, Singapore
Work Schedule: 5.5 days / week

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
2. Follow recipes and prepare food items according to our company's standards
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes and cleaning workstations
4. Ensure all food items are stored and handled properly to maintain food safety standards
5. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed
6. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

Requirements:
1. Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
2. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Food hygiene certification is a plus
7. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
8. Excellent time management and organizational skills
