Roles & Responsibilities
1. Maintain production kitchen environment by keeping the premises and FnB equipment's clean
2. Prepare Mise-en-place
3. Prepare the orders as necessary / display food at the counter and help set up buffet tables
4. Frying
5. Vegetable + Meat Cutting
6. Food Marination
7. Food Packing
8. Any other duties assigned by the main chef
Requirements
~ Communicate and relate effectively at the workplace.
~ Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
~ Demonstrate basic knife skills.
~ Engage in service innovation initiatives.
~ Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
~ Grill ready-to-use products.
~ Maintain food and beverage production environment.
~ Maintain quality control procedures.
~ Maintain safe and secure working environment.
~ Prepare fish and seafood for cooking.
~ Prepare meat, poultry for cooking.
~ Prepare vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms.
~ Prepare sauces.
~ Receive and store products.
~ Understand halal food requirements.
~ Work in a team.
