Manager

• Sell Nishihara's product by proposing new menu and explain in details to chefs of Japanese restaurants
• Develop sound and long-term relationship with key influencers of key accounts
• Place product orders to the company’s headquarters in Japan and to local vendors. (Order more than 100 items in one order)
• Liaise closely and promptly, and to provide superior service to clients’ requests and enquiries
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Responsible for cost control, business development, and delivery control.
• Need to project sales, manage inventory and have good knowledge of items
• Management of operation (delivery and storage)
• Management back office （Purchase, Cash Flow Management ）
• Analytics of operation, Reporting to HQ
• HR related

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related position
• Need to have good knowledge of items the company sells and is creative enough to come up with new menu ideas.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
• Well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Able to read and speak Japanese fluently in order to liaise with Japanese speaking vendors and clients
