Operation Manager (F & B)

• To be accountable for the daily overall Food & Beverage Operations
• To oversee and ensure that all outlets are being operated efficiently and effectively.
• To constantly review, in consultation with the management of the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare monthly sales performance report of the outlets.
• Meet targets on sales, manpower cost, other operating cost and financial objectives set by management.
• Plan, develop business strategy including setting up SOPs.
• To provide constant leadership, counselling, advice and feedback to their peers.
• Oversee new opening of new food shops.
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Operations Manager min 3 years of F&B experience
• Possess critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Detailed and result-orientated
• Excellent communications skills
• High adaptability and willing to learn
• Willing to travel to different outlets
