Responsibilities
• Assist in delivery of catering food to event venue • Assist in set up and tear down of catering set ups in a timely and organized manner • Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials • Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus • Produce high quality plated both design and taste-wise • Assist in preparation, washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting all food ingredients • Cleaning the food preparation equipment and other kitchen tools and housekeeping • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards • Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation • Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimize waste • Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers
