Packing supervisor

The main responsibility of a packaging supervisor is to ensure all products are packed safely and efficiently and maintain a sanitary environment which meets all food safety regulations. Hire, train, set responsibilities, and standards, supervise, and evaluate packers

Adhering to Quality and Standards

· Examine food and beverage preparation

· Ensure quality control for food and service

· Ensure the kitchen and service staff comply to the food hygiene and work place safety

Skills/Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of relevant experience i

· Minimum ‘N’ level

· Willing to be involved in hands on operations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Independent problem solver with a passion to deliver quality food, service, and overall guest experience.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.

· Possess strong leadership skills
