Job Description - Pizza & Pasta Chef

  • Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
  • Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed
  • Prepare mis-en-place accordingly 
  • Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
  • Recommend new recipes to update our menus
  • Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
  • 1 yr similar experience minimum
  • Salary 2.6-3.2k per month, depending on experience.
